Please read them carefully before placing any order or visiting our location.
1. Reservations & Orders
- Advance Booking: We encourage guests to reserve tables or place orders in advance, especially during weekends and public holidays.
- Order Confirmation: Orders via WhatsApp or other platforms will be confirmed by a member of our team. No order is final until confirmation is received.
- Collection Timeframes: Food is prepared fresh. Estimated preparation times will be provided. Delays in collection may affect food quality we are not responsible for this.
2. Menu & Dietary Information
- Freshly Prepared: All dishes are made fresh to order.
- Allergies: Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing your order. While we do our best to accommodate, cross-contamination is possible in shared kitchens.
- Menu Changes: Our menu may change seasonally or due to ingredient availability. Prices and offerings are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Currency: All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
- Payment Terms: Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering or collection unless otherwise agreed.
- Accepted Methods: We accept cash, bank transfer, and select mobile payments. Credit/debit cards may be accepted where available.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations: Orders cancelled less than 30 minutes after confirmation may be refunded at our discretion. After food preparation has begun, no cancellations or refunds will be issued.
- Incorrect Orders: If there is an error with your order, please notify us within 1 hour of collection. We will resolve the issue where reasonable.
- No-Show Policy: For dine-in reservations, tables held for more than 15 minutes without notice may be released.
5. Customer Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals whose behaviour is abusive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate toward our staff or guests. Respect and kindness are non-negotiable at Pamoja.
6. Intellectual Property
All images, branding, menu design, and content on our website, packaging, and social platforms are the intellectual property of Pamoja and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Customer details submitted for orders or reservations will only be used to fulfil services or respond to queries. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
8. Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure food safety and quality, we are not liable for personal allergies or medical conditions not disclosed before ordering. Our liability for any service-related claims is limited to the amount paid for the order.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
